Benefits
The government provides long-term Fixed Deposits for female children. Check the table below for more information about the benefits of this scheme:

| If a girl is born inside a Hospital or any nursing home in NCT Delhi | 11,000Rs. |
| If a girl is born outside of a Hospital or any nursing home in NCT Delhi | 10,000Rs. |
| After taking admission of a girl in 1,5,9,12, or after completing 10th | 5,000Rs. |
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this scheme, the applicant’s eligibility criteria are divided into two types. Check below eligibility criteria below:
Girl born on or after 1st January 2008:
- Applicant must be born in Delhi (She should have a birth certificate with mention of birthplace of Delhi)
- The Annual Family income should be less than 1 lakh rupees
- Should be a permanent resident of NCT Delhi
- Must not be taking advantage of any other state scholarship
- Should be studying in State schools/colleges only
Other females born in Delhi:
- Students should have taken admission in Education
- Parents should be residents for at least 3 years in NCT Delhi
- Applicant must be born in Delhi (She should have a birth certificate with mention of birthplace of Delhi)
- Students must be studying in a Government college/school in Delhi only
- The Annual Family income should be less than 1 lakh rupees
Required Documents
To apply for this scheme, the applicant should have the following documents:
- Applicant’s birth certificate
- Residential Proof of NCT Delhi (Parents residential proof if the applicant is a minor)
- Annual Family Income Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Joint photograph of parents and child
- Ration Card or Voter ID card of NCT Delhi
- Admission proof of a government college/school

3. Download scheme official application form, fill in all required details, and attach the required documents with it.
4. And submit the application to the government scheme office or officer.
