Oasis Scholarship 2023-24: One of the best scholarships the West Bengal Student Welfare Association provides for backward-class student development. From this scheme, so many students can get much reaction in their fees so it will ensure they study well.
The scholarship is specially launched for SC/ST And OBC Caste students and it focuses on their pre-matric and post-matric education. This scheme helps the SC/ST/OBC students educate themselves without any money problems in education.

Eligibility
- The applicant Student should be a resident of West Bengal
- This Scholarship is only for SC/ST/OBC students only
- The Gross Family Income should be less than or up to 2 lakh rupees
- Applicant Student should have a caste certificate
For Post and Pre matric, there are some conditions given as follows:
Pre-matric:-
- Students who enrolled in 9th and 10th class can apply for this Scholarship
- Applicant Students Gross Family income shouldn’t be more than 2 lakh rupees
- Students should have an SC/ST Certificate
Post-matric:-
- Students who are in 11th can apply for a scholarship
- For SC/ST Caste students the gross family income must be less than 2.5 lakh rupees
- For OBC Caste students the gross family income should be less than 1 lakh rupees
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate need as per student’s caste
Benefits
The Oasis scholarship provides financial support for students up to 20,000Rs. per year depending on the standard class of the student. And there is a difference in the amount of scholarships for OBC And SC/ST Students.

Application Process
This Scholarship is only for West Bengal Resident Students, the applicant should have the domicile of West Bengal, And The Required Documents.
Follow the below process to apply for the Oasis Scholarship:
- To apply for the Oasis Scholarship First go to the Oasis site (https://oasis.gov.in/) By searching on your mobile browser.
- Now go to the new registration form link so you can register if you are a new user.
- Complete the details and log in again to the site.
- You can choose the scholarship option online to which you want to apply.
- Now click on the apply button and you will switch to the application form of the scholarship.
- Now fill in the correct details give the required documents a soft copy and submit the form. Remember there is no option of correction of the form after submission.
- Now download the application form and Submit the hard copy of it with the required documents to the District Welfare Officer (DWO).
- You will receive a notification if the application process is completed.

- Click on the Login Button and log in to the site by giving login details.
- You will see the Application tracking link, click on it.
- Give The Required details and click on the Check Application Status button.
